Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for a talented and creative Email Marketing Executive who can support our company in this really exciting time of growth and change.

The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge and experience in both email and social media, with the ability to build, segment and analyse email campaigns for multiple clients in the eCommerce space.

The successful candidate will be given additional training in Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign to execute email campaigns on behalf of a range of eCommerce clients in the UK, US and Australia.

We work as strategic partners with our clients with passion and integrity, whilst delivering outstanding return on investment through an intelligent, strategic approach.

We’re experienced Performance Marketeers, who are very results driven. We are looking to grow our email division and the role offers a great deal of scope for personal and professional development, with progression towards more senior roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use data and business intelligence to manage data-flow and send volumes
  • Use product and audience insight to segment and build datasets for each campaign
  • Develop the email schedule in accordance with the product focus
  • Build, schedule and report on all email marketing sends
  • Develop and optimise product specific automated programmes
  • Report on all email activity, drawing insightful conclusions for continuous optimisation
  • Track and analyse website traffic flow to support with wider website optimisation projects
  • Manage database and suppression list in accordance with GDPR and best practice
  • Work collaboratively with marketing team to implement multichannel campaigns
  • Analytical mindset – able to handle numbers, statistics and data in order to identify trends in data so as to make improvements to campaigns. Organisation and time management skills.
  • To liaise with clients on a daily basis to make adjustments in response to client needs.
  • To report and analyse to all clients on the performance of all paid search campaigns using automated excel reports and Google Analytics.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends in digital advertising
  • Strong eye for detail

Social Media Executive - Part Time

We work with Facebook advertising agencies from across the world and are looking to build up a sales team of skilled and effective business developers to handle their inbound marketing calls selling their services to clients from across the globe (FB advertising services).

Successful candidates will:

  • Be fluent in English (both verbally and written)
  • Have strong rapport building skills
  • Be economically driven, but operate from a place of high integrity
  • Be able to follow systemised processes and workflows
  • Ideally have some knowledge or experience in the digital marketing space although not required

The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge and experience in both paid search and paid social advertising, with the ability to run set-up and optimisation across multiple clients/campaigns and drive consistent improvements to commercial performance.

The successful candidate will be given additional training in marketing funnels and ad optimisation to execute search and social advertising campaigns on behalf of a range of eCommerce clients in the UK, US and Australia.

  • Proactively managing paid strategy and implementation for multiple clients
  • Managing customer Facebook accounts Reporting on costs & sales
  • Bid management to achieve conversions and CPA targets Keyword build outs including negative keyword reviews
  • Production of ad copy/creative
  • New account set-up Identifying opportunities for campaign growth Analysis & recommendations across all elements of the campaign Sales team and client services team support
  • Working alongside new business team with forecasting & strategy proposals
  • Maintaining industry certifications
  • Keeping a finger on the pulse with new product releases, betas and algorithmic changes An understanding of conversion optimisation and landing page A/B testing
  • Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven 1-2 years’ experience in a role involving FB campaign management and Facebook.
  • To understand the client’s business objectives and to create an Advertising strategy which addresses those objectives.
  • To optimise and manage search engine and social media and display campaigns. Including key phrase research; campaign / ad group creation; bid management; ad crafting / testing; copy writing.
  • Commercially literate – a broad ability to understand the business objectives of different companies and industry sectors.
  • Analytical mindset – able to handle numbers, statistics and data in order to identify trends in data so as to make improvements to campaigns. Organisation and time management skills.
